The Midwifery Education Accreditation Council has made a final decision to revoke the pre-accreditation of Sage Femme, Inc. midwifery school, PO Box 6411, O'Brien, Oregon, 97228, with locations at 2027 N. Williams, Portland, Oregon, 97227 and 2214 Village Run West, Encinitas, California, 92024, effective Thursday, August 3, 2000.
